Overview of the programme
The programme, centred around our Global Advisory division, will serve as an introduction to our M&A, debt and restructuring and equity advisory businesses, giving you a valuable insight into life as a banker at Rothschild & Co. During the programme, you will have the opportunity to experience the working environment by spending time shadowing junior bankers, as well as taking part in informative skills sessions, listening to presentations and networking with senior bankers. We also run tours of our historical archives so that students can see for themselves how our success across two centuries has been shaped by the involvement of the Rothschild family, and how our business model makes us truly unique.

Strong candidates will also be offered the opportunity to go through a fast track assessment process for the following year's Summer Internship Programme.

Qualifications, experience, and competencies required:

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong academic background (on track for at least a 2:1 or equivalent in their university degree) in addition to being motivated to learn and a good team player.
