Overview
This exciting and varied role will see you join the Human Resources (HR) division as an Administrator where you will provide support to the Generalist (Business Partner) team to ensure the smooth running of all team activities. You will get fantastic exposure to people at all levels, across a number of different business areas, whilst getting a broad experience across the range of HR processes driven by the Generalist team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources. During this time, you will study towards the level 3 HR Support qualification which takes 18 months to complete. This qualification includes CIPD which is a well-respected qualification in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the HR Business Partners with administration and logistics across the full employee lifecycle
- Processing team related invoices and being the first point of contact for all reference requests
- Supporting the Generalist team with filing of documents, expenses, diary management, travel arrangements and logistics
- Providing HR system support to the team on all employee related matters e.g. producing reports and maintaining and inputting employee data on the HR system
- Monitoring HR inboxes
- Ensuring the Generalist intranet is kept up to date
- Providing ad-hoc support to Generalist team for day-to day queries

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
