In order to expand our presence and market position in Germany further we are looking for

 

Graduates (m/f/d) for our Equity Advisory Team in Frankfurt

 

starting on 1 or 15 July 2021.

 

Successful candidates will join the Global Graduate Training Programme which shall take place in July 2021.

As a Graduate in our Equity Advisory Team you will work as an instrumental team member to advise our clients with various backgrounds ranging from private equity to corporate clients in all equity related matters across the entire spectrum of equity financing including IPOs, capital raisings, secondary placements, and equity-linked issuances.

 

Graduates with a genuine interest in equity capital markets are recruited from all degree disciplines and a high level of academic achievement is required, together with strong numeracy, communication and interpersonal skills. First experience in ECM, corporate finance or capital markets related environment (via internships) is an advantage. Fluency in German and English is also essential.
